This editable presentation focuses on specific skeletal muscles, their actions, origins, and insertions. This resource is designed to be used as an add-on to the Muscular System Chapter in a high school or introductory college-level anatomy and physiology course.
This resource includes a 65-slide presentation in both PowerPoint and Google Slides as well as an editable Skeletal Muscle Anatomy Chart in Word and Google Docs so students can take notes on the actions, origins, and insertions of major skeletal muscles of the human body.
Each slide includes a picture of the muscle and a description of its action. The origins and insertions for each muscle are included on PowerPoint’s “Notes Page” view or can be seen in “Presenter View” mode.
